What happens in the free initial consultation?

In the free initial consultation we explore together whether working together is a good fit and which package suits your needs. You will receive first impulses and can then decide at your own pace.
What is included in the coaching packages?

All packages include an initial consultation, an intensive coaching session and a personal hypnosis audio. Depending on the package, you additionally receive WhatsApp support, a check-in call or a closing session.
How does the coaching work?

All sessions take place online via Zoom or a GDPR-compliant video tool. All you need is a quiet place, a stable connection and about 45 minutes.
What if I’m not sure yet?

That is exactly what the free initial consultation is for: we sort out together what you need and create clarity. You won’t be buying a pig in a poke.
Are evening or weekend appointments available?

Sessions generally take place on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm. In special cases, evening appointments until 8 pm or weekend sessions are also possible.
