Process
How does leadership coaching work?
Every coaching engagement begins with a free initial conversation. We clarify your situation, your context, and whether working together makes sense for you. Only then do you decide — no pressure.
The actual work starts with the Deep OCEAN personality analysis. The result gives both of us a clear picture of who you are as a leader, what drives you under pressure, and where your development areas lie. From there, we shape the subsequent sessions individually.
All sessions take place online — 60 to 90 minutes, 1:1, by appointment. Between sessions you have WhatsApp access to capture impulses, questions or insights directly. This keeps the coaching close to your day-to-day reality as a leader.
