What are WAVEs — and why do they hold us back?

Throughout our lives we form beliefs that were meant to help us deal better with certain situations. Over the years, these beliefs can become obstructive. We then speak of dysfunctional beliefs — so-called WAVEs.

Even if your WAVE was once useful, the time has come to let it go and find a new, more helpful belief.

That is exactly what we do with the WAVE-Breaker Method: it combines modern emotion research, cognitive reframing techniques and hypnosystemic impulses into a clearly structured coaching process.
